Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Watch List, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Watch List for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Watch List
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not use the service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service.

Content

Our service allows you to create, store, and share lists of entertainment recommendations. You retain ownership of any content you create. By making content public, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content.

You are responsible for the content you create and share. You must not create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code or viruses
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Watch List, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
